Do I have to get rid of my existing call recorder to use Sam?
Not at all. We’ve designed our suite of 4 products so you don’t have to adopt them ALL at once. You can start with one, say the AI RFP Copilot. So, if you’re happy with your existing call recorder, keep using it. However, if you want Sam to provide live call assistance, Sam will join the call as an additional call recorder
Will Sam hallucinate?
We understand that making things up can quickly lose you credibility in a sales call. Of course, AI is not perfect; neither are humans. For Sam, saying 'I don't know' is a feature, not a bug. We have trained Sam not to make up answers when it's not confident. This limits the risk of hallucination. In addition, Sam's answers can be reviewed by humans for further training.
Will my data be used to train Sam for another customer?
No. Your data is kept separate from every other customer.
Does Sam replace Sales Engineers?
Sales Engineers are an asset for sales teams. They often act as co-sellers. Sam doesn't replace SEs; it augments them. SE time is expensive.
