1. In the HeySam web app, go to your “Workspace settings”

2. Next, connect your Google Calendar to Sam.

3. That's it. Now, any time you create a Zoom meeting with a person outside your organization and add it to your Google Calendar, Sam will automatically join it!

3. And that's it. Now, Sam will not join any of your Zoom sales calls.
